Exchange Policy:
If a product is ineligible for exchange or return but arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thelabellittolo.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Exchange Process:
The Label Littolo is not responsible for lost shipments. We recommend using a reputable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received was damaged.
Instructions for Returning or Exchanging Products:
- For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all labels and tags intact in its original packaging.
- For size exchanges, kindly include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and the required size on the return parcel.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Customers exchanging for a different size will receive a size variation of the same product, subject to availability. The customer will bear the To & Fro shipping/COD costs associated with the exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at support@thelabellittolo.com. Please note that The Label Littolo reserves the right to make the final decision regarding order cancellations.
Partial Order Exchanges
Yes, you may exchange a part of your order, provided the product is eligible for exchange within the specified time frame. Certain items, as mentioned on their respective product pages, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Why Was My Exchange Request Declined?
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. However, exchange/return requests may be declined in the following cases:
